This offer is available on our own website and in selected approved stores. If you are not 100% happy with a product for any reason, simply notify us within 30 days, return any unused product directly to us along with the original proof of purchase (a store receipt) and we’ll refund the purchase price. Returns Process:

Returns must come direct to us at Equine America and NOT returned to the store.

Email us at info@equineamerica.com before the end of the 30th day from when you purchased the product. Send the pot and any unused product, along with your original proof of purchase, including details of the store you purchased from, to Equine America USA,

We must receive all returns by the end of the 35th day after purchase.
Postage is at your own cost and we suggest you obtain a proof of posting.
The Moneyback offer is only available once per person, household, email address, payment method or IP address for each product.
Refunds will be provided within 14 working days (often much sooner).
