Juan Gallego

We’ve been using this Omega Oil supplement for several months now, and the results have been fantastic. Since starting it, we’ve noticed shinier coats, improved joint mobility, and better overall condition in our horses.

Juan Gallego

Juan Manuel Gallego is a Colombian-born show jumping rider who competes internationally for Spain and has established himself as a strong contender in 1.40 m–1.45 m Grand Prix classes around the world. After relocating with his wife to Wellington, Florida, in 2015 to further his career, Gallego has continued to develop competitive partnerships with horses in major international circuits, combining his South American roots with success on the U.S. and European show jumping stages.

In recent seasons, Gallego has recorded several notable results, including claiming victory in the $65,000 1.45 m Grand Prix CSI2* at the Split Rock Jumping Tour’s Kentucky National with Oriana Van’t Ruytershof — a faultless clear that put him at the top of a competitive international field. He’s also finished on the podium at other CSI2* Grand Prix events, such as in Lexington, where he earned second in a 1.45 m class aboard the same mount. Earlier in his career, Gallego won the $39,000 Kingsland CSI2* qualifier during the Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington riding Conbago, showcasing his skill in jump-off rounds against deep fields.

Beyond these recent triumphs, Gallego has enjoyed success at series like the WEC Ocala Summer Series, where he placed first in a 1.40 m class with Primavera Van De Kaerde and second in a 1.45 m speed class with Oriana Van’t Ruytershof, as well as multiple placings in jumper events throughout the summer circuit. He also has a long competitive history, including winning gold at the FEI World Jumping Challenge Final in Caracas in 2012, an early highlight that helped establish his international reputation.

Throughout his career, Gallego has balanced international competition with training and mentoring riders, and he remains an active figure in show jumping with competitive results spanning continents and multiple levels of international Grand Prix competition.
